By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Service Refund Policy

All services provided at Enrose Salon are non-refundable once rendered.

Due to the personalized and experiential nature of our services, we do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction.

However, if you are not satisfied with a service, we encourage you to inform us immediately during or after your visit, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern.
2. Service Corrections

Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.

Eligible cases may be offered:

A complimentary correction, or
-
A redo of the service, at the discretion of management

Corrections are only applicable for the original service booked and do not include changes in preference after completion.
3. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

Partial or full service charges, or

Restrictions on future bookings

4. Advance Payments

Any advance payment made towards a booking:

Is non-refundable, but

Can be adjusted against a future appointment if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe (subject to approval)

5. Product Returns & Refunds

Products purchased from Enrose Salon are eligible for return only if:

They are unused,

In original packaging, and
-
Reported within 48 hours of purchase

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

In case of damaged or defective products:

A replacement or refund may be issued after verification.

6. Memberships & Packages

Prepaid packages, memberships, or bundled services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Validity timelines must be adhered to unless otherwise specified.
7. Promotional Offers

Services availed under discounts, offers, or promotional campaigns are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
8. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via the original mode of payment.

Processing timelines may vary between 5–10 business days.
9. Management Discretion

All refund, correction, and cancellation decisions are subject to management discretion.
